What advice and services do you offer your clients?

I consult with employers regarding their employee benefits package and help them meet their legislative requirements - including superannuation fund (default or alternate), group insurance, strategies for retention/attraction/protection of key persons and provision of financial education to employees. I also provide personalised financial planning advice to individuals, families and small business owners who need appropriate solutions to accumulate, protect and subsequently manage their wealth.

I started the business because I wanted to offer help and advice to businesses, people and their families. What started as a single idea to provide financial services to businesses and their people has now evolved into a team that offers expert advice and services in a wide range of areas.

What's one of the most important financial lessons you've ever learnt?

The Global Financial Crisis has educated most people, businesses and countries about the perils of irresponsible lending and gearing practices. I believe we can all learn from this.

What do you do when you're not working with clients?

I really like my sport, particularly AFL and cricket. When I'm not working you'll find me planning my next travelling adventure or spending quality time with my family and friends.

What do you do at Comprehensive Financial Solutions

I am a Practice Manager here at our family owned Financial Planning Practice. But what does Practice Management even mean you ask? The ability to turn on a dime that sets our practice apart and our clients appreciate our ability to move quickly, maximizing results for them. To do that we have the right tools, such as specifically designed software systems, helping us to mould objectives and goals into executable plans and processes which in turn allow CFS to deliver an exceptional standard of service to our clients.

Enjoying quality time with my treasured family and using them as guinea pigs to the spoils and triumphs of my cooking. I also enjoy Cricket, Ballet and our beautiful Afghan Hound.

What advice and services do you offer your clients?

I specialise in providing advice in employer and personal superannuation, debt advice, personal risk, retirement planning, investments outside super and self managed super funds. The services I offer to employers include recommending the right default (or alternate) super fund, group insurance solutions, setting up policy committees and running meetings, member services to employees such as assistance to new members, existing and leaving members, ongoing education via seminars in the workplace and via electronic communications and financial planning advice to employees.

The services I offer to individuals include an extensive range of financial planning advice and ongoing review services to ensure that plans stay on track.

What's one of the most important financial lessons you've ever learnt?

Don’t listen to the Cab driver for advice! One of the most important lessons that I have learnt is that you don’t get rich fast. If you want to build wealth you have to allow for time, as time is your best friend. Combine” time” with a well constructed budget and you will have a strong foundation for financial success over the long term.

What do you do when you're not working at CFS?

I love to play and watch sport. AFL is my passion and I love finding time to fit a round of golf in. Having two children keeps me busy too and I love to get home and enjoy some quality family time.
